Market Survey

This market survey was driven by a question of what would happen if rubrics used in the faculty development course that the Distributed Learning Resource Center (DLRC) at the Naval Postgraduate School were applied to publicly accessible courses on the internet that had been developed by respectable organizations. The DLRC works with faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School to develop online exercises, course materials, and fully online courses. We utilize rubrics to assess the syllabi and modules developed for these courses. As the rubrics used internally by the DLRC are most often used during the development of course syllabi and modules, they were adapted to be used for outside courses that were completed.
